Case Study: Online Presence, Local Retail

One of the oldest liquor stores in Connecticut, Lake Wine & Spirits in Southbury, had a very old website that needed a refresh. The owner and employees used a team approach to redesigning the website, which included developing content and using social media links to reach a wider audience. One of the goals identified in the planning process was to make the website mobile friendly.

Starting with a brainstorming session, a follow-up creative brief identified key messaging, the store's most popular offerings, and overall market positioning. Visual concepts were developed to get a sense for their design preferences, and a final design was chosen. Content was developed and production began.
