Fidelity Branch Kiosk
Challenge: Develop a touchscreen interaction layer for Fidelity.com, highlighting services and features through contextual touchpoints, drill-downs, and on-screen prompts.
Features: Public-access branch kiosks built with NCR, secure login flows, on-site assistance, and automatic logout when a customer walks away.
Process / Outcomes: Led visual design, interaction design, key flows, and usability, while building iterative specifications through prototypes. An add-on deposit kiosk concept later won an award.
